Vanessa Rhoades

Vanessa Rhoades has lived in Aptos, California for the past 22 years, hailing from the San Francisco Bay Area originally. Vanessa has been working in property management and real estate for the past 17 years. As a founding member, she has helped to create and support the vision of Westic Company and what it means to thrive in a well-rounded professional setting.

Background Experience

Vanessa’s experience in real estate dates back to 2005 when she was employed as a full charge bookkeeper at a local residential property management firm. She then began her career at SAR Enterprises in 2008 and spent the next 13 years learning the ropes under the tutelage of her senior colleague, Jesse Hunt, and moving up the ranks from Bookkeeper to General Manager to Senior Vice President. Vanessa has been with Westic Company since its inception and brings much experience and enthusiasm to her position.
